Transaction Analyst (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Assist transaction managers throughout the entire process of disposals and acquisitions across Germany, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, transaction execution, and post-closing management
- Conduct regular market research to monitor and analyze relevant market developments, providing insights for stakeholders
- Perform financial and feasibility analyses, prepare business plans, and develop financial models to evaluate disposal and acquisition opportunities
- Assist in drafting letters of intent and other transaction-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Supervise due diligence processes, coordinating communication with advisors to ensure thorough evaluation of potential transactions
- Maintain effective communication with investors and build relationships with key market players, such as brokers and advisors, to facilitate successful transactions
- Prepare teasers, investment memorandums, transaction approval presentations, and other documents for stakeholders, incorporating relevant data and analysis to effectively communicate investment opportunities
- Collaborate with various departments to gather required documents and data, ensure accuracy and completeness for transaction analysis, organize and maintain virtual data rooms, and manage Q&A processes
Your profile
- Completed studies in real estate or a comparable field, with relevant academic qualifications
- Experience in transactions, M&A, brokerage, private equity, real estate, valuation, or related fields; knowledge of real estate development is an advantage
- Open to young professionals with excellent academic performance even without prior work experience
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Agile and ambitious mindset with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth
- Strong skills in communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability, ensuring high-quality work delivery
- Proficient in office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional documents and presentations
- Experience with CRM systems such as Monday.com or Salesforce is an advantage
