Senior Corporate Finance Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Manage Capital Markets projects relating to the group’s public and private debt instruments (new issuances and LM)
- Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support executive decision-making and long-term planning
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
- Oversee payment processes and treasury systems
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement change programs and process optimization
- Provide clear direction, support, motivation and development opportunities to team members
Your profile
- Strong experience in corporate finance and treasury in corporate or financial institution
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Masters degree/CFA preferred
- Proficiency in capital markets and treasury products and processes
- Bloomberg & SAP experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
- English proficiency. German language skills a plus
