Investment Analyst (m/f/d) Proptech & Innovation
Your Tasks
- Prepare detailed investment analyses and reports for internal stakeholders and the investment committee
- Conduct research and analyze market trends and investment opportunities within the Proptech landscape, staying updated on market dynamics and regulatory changes
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investment risk and return profiles
- Support the full transaction lifecycle, from initial lead assessment to post-closing monitoring
- Assist in due diligence processes for potential transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and finance, as well as external advisors and partners
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, providing recommendations for asset optimization and allocation
Your Profile

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline -
Professional experience in investment analysis, venture capital, real estate, or a closely related field, ideally within the Proptech or technology sectors -
Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills -
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex findings clearly and effectively -
Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment strategies -
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
