Environmental Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin

Your tasks

  • Collecting, processing, and handling energy and water data for ESG/non-financial reporting. 
  • Supporting the analysis and implementation of digital solutions and procedures for data collection and reporting. 
  • Training operational teams and other departments on new processes and tools for data management. 
  • Coordinating with multiple departments to manage incoming energy data from various sources. 
  • Ensuring completeness and performing quality checks on incoming energy data. 
  • Assisting in developing reports and analysis to support business decisions. 
  • Implementing and ensuring compliance with reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, EU taxonomy). 

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in engineering, energy, environmental sciences, or economic sciences. 
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. 
  • Strong analytical skills, self-driven, and highly motivated. 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and good knowledge of MS Office. 
  • Experience with environmental data management tools is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with reporting standards such as CSRD, EPRA, GRI, and CDP is beneficial. 
  • Knowledge of real estate, including residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. 
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
