Your tasks
Project Coordination
- Support project managers in planning, tracking, and monitoring project progress.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Assist in coordinating deadlines, deliverables, and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule by following up on action items.
Office Administration
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office.
- Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Oversee office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement and services.
- Travel & Events Management
- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation for executives.
- Organize conferences, meetings, and company events, ensuring all details (venue, catering, materials, itineraries) are in place.
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support executives with organizational tasks
- Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Support onboarding of new team members and coordinate internal communications.
Your profile
- Proven experience in office coordination, administration, or project support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
